Shipping policy
The customer is responsible for any and all duties, taxes and import fees.
*We ship orders Monday through Friday. Please note that almost all items on our website are MADE TO ORDER. Please allow for an estimated 4-5 business days before your order is shipped. This is subject to change due to our current demand.
Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day (excluding STAT holidays). We reserve the right to use different shipping couriers at our discretion. Orders placed after 1pm MST will ship the next business day.
We are not responsible for any lost packages due to courier fault. In this case, we will provide support by opening a case with the appropriate shipping service provider and will update you as we receive information from them. Please note that investigations for lost packages may take up to 30 days from when the case has been opened. We are here to support you, and we ask you to remain patient in this unlikely event. We are a small business and we are unable to replace products before the courier has concluded their full investigation! In the case where the product(s) is no longer available after a concluded investigation, we will allow an alternative order of equivalent value as the replacement.
Please note that packages that do not have tracking are not eligible for investigation in the case that a package is lost.
*Pre-sale items, lead-time items, or items that are not currently in stock are not eligible. Courier delivery estimates and guarantees are may not be eligible due to COVID-19.
Free shipping and flat rate shipping may not be eligible for custom orders or 3D Printing services, depending on package size and weight.
